These cosmetics are systematically examined to correct the human appearance, which is the content of "Science of Cosmetology".

Modern cosmetics and cosmetology pharma is based on various disciplines such as pharmaceutical technology anatomy, microbiology, biology, chemistry, dermatology, endocrinology, histology and psychology. These disciplines are important factors in the research, formulation, preparation and controls of the preparations. Some preparations can be considered bidirectional as cosmetics and medicines. Because cosmetology has been alongside medical science and especially dermatology for many years.

Although the use of cosmetics and products is in line with the history of people, it started to develop only after World War I, as a cosmetic science branch, with the contribution of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, cell biology, toxicology, etc., it has become an independent branch of science.

In the years following World War II, the cosmetics industry has made a rapid leap in parallel with research and development in the field of chemistry and biology. Thus, both the variety of their products increased and their quality and qualifications increased.

In order to control the effects of cosmetic products on human health and to ensure compliance with the necessary conditions in terms of their chemical composition, various rules and regulations have been issued, and certain criteria and rules have been compulsory in the preparation of the products.
